The Course
Born under the light of a fall full moon, and brought forth out of my decades long study and devotion to the divine feminine, this program is a year long online journey into the reclamation of 13 phases of womanhood, aligned with 13 moons, the archetypes of the divine feminine and the cycles of the seasons. This program is something very close to my heart, and has been shaped by my own personal journey with these greater rhythms and wisdom, as well as the impactful experiences of my students and clients when receiving these teachings. It is work deeply relevant, soulful and transformational for women of all generations, and I am SO excited to share it with you. The circle will include monthly pre recorded lectures, downloadable journaling prompts, ceremonial practice suggestions as well as monthly live zoom check in, a diverse online community and discussion sessions, with myself and some brilliant guest wisdom keepers.
What will you learn?
You will learn the sacredness of the womb, the archetypes of the divine feminine and delve into your own relationship to the greater rhythms of nature. Through the cycles of the seasons and phases of the moon, we will explore 13 different aspects of womanhood, in addition to learning practical tools and simple ceremony to cultivate a connection to the potency of the creative feminine energy within and all around us. By the end of this course, you will have a deeper understanding of your own relationship to your body, mind, and spirit, and will be well equipped with the tools to live a more authentic and empowered life.

Hi! I'm Rebekka....
I am a mama, wife, educator, ceremonialist and a circle keeper. As the Director of Vancouver School of Healing Art’s Somatic Therapy Programs, I have a tapestry of expertise in facilitating diverse healing spaces for women to reconnect and heal, in a trauma informed way. My work is rooted in a lifetime of learning that weaves through the intricate threads of tantric and Buddhist philosophy, earth based wisdom teachings, decolonization practices, ayurveda, and the therapeutic art of somatic healing.
Infused with over 25 years of heartfelt dedication to the path of healing work, my teachings are more than a profession; they are a calling. The courses, retreats and trainings that I lead are not merely educational experiences but poetic excursions that nurture the spirit and forge a deeper connection with oneself and the world. Beyond the physical space of teaching, I am first and foremost a mother to a spirited daughter, an occasional writer, a clinical somatic trauma therapist, as well as a birth and death doula; each of these vocations a testament to my engagement and passion with the cycle of life.
